ELIBEC-Intl Online Class Policy

ELIBEC-Intl (E-Learning Initiative for Broad Education and Culture – International Division) is committed to providing high-quality, structured online education for expatriate learners worldwide. Our goal is to ensure a disciplined, focused, and effective learning environment. The following guidelines help us achieve this goal:

1. Class Schedule

Punctuality:
Students are encouraged to join the class at least 2 minutes before the scheduled time to ensure all technical arrangements are ready.

2. Technical Preparation

Device & Internet:
Students must use a suitable device (laptop, tablet, or smartphone) with a stable internet connection.

Software:
The Zoom application must be installed, updated, and logged in before the class begins.

3. Identification

Username:
Students must use their full name on Zoom so that teachers can easily identify them.

4. Dress Code & Environment

Dress Code:
Students should wear appropriate and modest attire during class.

Environment:
Students should attend class from a quiet, well-lit environment to maintain focus.

5. Use of Microphone & Camera

Microphone:
Keep the microphone muted during class. Turn it on only after raising a hand and receiving permission from the teacher.

Camera:
Students are encouraged to keep their camera on for better engagement and interaction.

6. Participation & Etiquette

Active Participation:
Students are encouraged to ask questions, participate in discussions, and follow teacher instructions.

Chat/WhatsApp Use:
Chatbox or WhatsApp may be used for academic purposes only. Irrelevant messages should be avoided.

7. Learning Materials & Homework

Study Materials:
Students must download and keep the materials provided by teachers on time.

Homework:
Assignments must be completed and submitted within the given deadline.

8. Attendance & Assessment

Attendance:
Regular attendance is mandatory and considered part of student evaluation.

Examinations:
Students must strictly follow teacher instructions during assessments and exams.

9. Technical Issues

Support:
In case of technical problems, students should immediately inform the teacher or contact the ELIBEC-Intl support team.

10. Code of Conduct

Respect:
Students must always show respect toward teachers and classmates.

Compliance:
All rules must be followed. Any concerns or questions should be discussed with the teacher.
